Mr. Noah was dumped by a car in the orchard. They drove up, let him out to potty and took off. He sat there for a week refusing to leave. We finally enticed him with food. He ate and went back. Second time he stayed here.

He is wonderful with kids, cats and other dogs. He is a character, but he can climb up on things like tables, counters, bar-b-q! Anything to get food!

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
